I had a one-night stay here and the staff was super helpful! The room was clean and comfy, just a block from the beach. They also provided free parking, which is a plus. Just wish check-in was clearer since I had a bit of trouble with late arrival. Overall, the experience was solid.

The room was spacious and the AC worked perfectly keeping us nice and cool despite the summer heat also the bathroom was nice and clean with actual bar soap and shampoo not those tiny little packets you usually get

The private patio, connected to a room facing the street, lacked seclusion due to a low barrier separating it from pedestrian traffic, making it less inviting for relaxing. Additionally, the loud party next door kept me up from 7 p.m. to 4 a.m. without any management available to address the noise, which was pretty frustrating for wanting a good night's sleep.

Great Location but Rude Service

My recent stay was marked by a fantastic location just steps from the beach, perfect for exploring Santa Barbara. However, the customer service left much to be desired, as the reception staff was often unhelpful and at times rude, which made for a frustrating experience. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, but the check-in process and lack of assistance really detracted from my overall enjoyment.
